TEXAS residents Only | $17/hr. + Weekly Pay & Benefits | Full-Time, M–F (Must be able to work any 8-hr shift between 8A–10P EST) ** MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX**

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
- Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
- Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of RECENT call center experience (required – no exceptions!)
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
- A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
- High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted)
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
